Do you deliver party rentals to Fort Worth, TX?

Yes, Fort Worth is within our 30-mile delivery radius from Arlington TX. Delivery starts at $25 each way. You can also save money by self-picking up from our Arlington location free of charge between 9am–1pm.

How many chairs and tables do you have available?

We have 200 white foldable chairs, 70 white resin chairs, 16 round tables, 17 six-foot rectangular tables, 16 eight-foot rectangular tables, and 12 cocktail tables. Enough for events up to 120 guests in Fort Worth

Does setup include arranging tables and chairs?

Standard delivery is drop-off only. Tent and lighting installation is available as a paid service ($50 for light installation). Table and chair arrangement is the client’s responsibility unless a full setup service is arranged in advance.

What size tent do I need for my Fort Worth Party?

What is the minimum rental order?

There is no set minimum. You can book a single item or a full tent package for 96 guests, entirely your choice. Online booking available 24/7 for any size order.

Can I book last minute?

Yes, last-minute bookings are something we’re known for. Multiple customers have mentioned in reviews that we delivered within 2 hours of an urgent request. Call or text (682) 777-3403 for same-day availability.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery.

  Excellent experience. Don was extremely responsive. When we had an issue with another party rental vendor, Don was able to provide what we needed in a pinch.   I highly recommend this company, the owner was nothing short of amazing, prices were affordable, flexible on time, and all questions were answered promptly. Equipment was new which is a plus for me. I have used them now twice within the past month and hope to make this company my party rental place for as long as possible.
