How the Delivery Process Works

Step 1: Book Online

Select your items, choose your event date and delivery time preference, and check out. A 25% deposit secures your booking, the rest is due before or on delivery day.

Step 2: We Confirm Your Booking

After you book, we'll reach out to confirm any additional details about your delivery location, access to your backyard, and any specific setup requirements. We're known for being highly responsive, most customers hear back from us within a few hours.

Step 3: We Deliver on Your Event Day

We arrive at your location and drop off all your rental items. Standard delivery comes with a delivery window, if you need us there at a specific time, add the Exact Time Guarantee for contact us for pricing and we'll arrive within one hour of your chosen time.

Step 4: Setup

Standard delivery includes drop-off only. Tent and light setup is available as a paid service, contact us for pricing for tent light installation. Table and chair arrangement is the client's responsibility unless a setup service is arranged in advance.

Step 5: We Pick Up After Your Event

We return to collect all items. Standard pickup is scheduled in advance, just make sure everything is accessible and in the same condition it arrived. We understand events happen and will work with you on timing if your party runs long.
